Jind has been considered among the backward districts of Haryana, but now administration officials have set a timeline of development works for the next five years by preparing a vision document. Sources said that the Haryana government has asked DCs of all 22 districts to prepare a vision document for development works for next five years and start working on them. The administration has divided the works into three phases, such as three months work, one year development works and five year schemes.
