GLOCREST Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. hosted a Farmer’s Meeting at Hotel Shanthi Inn Grand, Rasipuram, bringing together poultry farmers for an informative and interactive session focused on better poultry health, improved farm performance and farm profitability.
The key highlight of the programme was an insightful technical session by Dr A. Natarajan, Professor & Head (Retd.), Veterinary College, Namakkal. Drawing from his extensive experience in the poultry sector, Dr Natarajan shared practical insights that could be applied directly to day-to-day farm management.
The session centred around the 3M approach – Materials, Men and Machines, three fundamental elements that have an important role in the successful management of a poultry farm.
Materials represent the various resources and inputs required for efficient farm operations. Men focus on the people responsible for managing and carrying out farm activities, while Machines highlight the importance of suitable equipment and technology in improving efficiency and productivity. The session emphasised that effective coordination and management of all three elements are essential for achieving consistent farm performance.
The session was highly interactive, with farmers actively participating in the discussion, sharing their experiences and raising practical questions related to their farming operations. Dr Natarajan addressed the discussions with practical examples and guidance, making the session relevant to the challenges faced by farmers at the field level.
The meeting was hosted by Dr Ramdas Kambale, CEO & Board Member, GLOCREST Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd., along with K. Jayakumar, RSM – Tamil Nadu & Kerala, and GLOCREST team members Vivek, Suresh Babu and Karthik.
