What are Omega-3 Fatty Acid-

Essential polyunsaturated fatty acids that are crucial to human health are omega-3 fatty acids. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are the three main omega-3 fatty acids.
