Namakkal Poultry Badminton Club ( NPBC) had organised the badminton tournament for the poultry professionals on Sunday 3rd April, 2022 in Namakkal. Mr M Murali of Sri Krishna Poultry Farm, S M Vijayabaskaran of Adithya Enterprises, Dr Manivanan of Vangili Feeds, Mr T Ranjithkumar of Tamilmani poultry farm and Mr Poomaninathan Prabakaran of Sun Biogen have coordinated the event. The tournament was conducted only for the poultry professionals to build strong bonding and relationship among poultry industry professionals. Total of 20 teams of below 40 age group category and 20 teams for above 40 age group participated in the tournament. Mr K Singaraj, President, Tamilnadu poultry farm owners association and Mr V Subramaniam, President, Tamilnadu egg poultry farm marketing society were the chief guests and both gave away the Championship trophy together for the winners. Mr G Thiyagarajan, MD, Muthu feeds, Mr Rengathan, MD, Sun India Hatcheries and Mr C Pannerselvam, Abhi eggs gave away the runners trophy and the semifinalist trophy. The tournament was conducted in two categories of age group above 40 and age group below 40. The final was won by Mr Murali ( Sri Krishna poultry farm ) & Mr Prakash ( Jubilant Ingrevia ), Dr Manivanan ( Vangili Feeds ) & Mr Aravind ( Pooja Agencies) won the championship in below 40 age category.
