Regen Biocorps AHI Pvt. Ltd. participated as the Platinum Sponsor at the 5th Techno Commercial Hybrid Seminar (TCHS – Edition V), held on 12 August 2026 at Hotel D’Front Golden Palace, Namakkal. Organised by S.S.Agrowtech, the programme brought together poultry farmers, veterinarians, consultants, nutritionists, and other industry stakeholders for technical discussions focused on the future of poultry production.

The seminar followed a practical and interactive format, combining technical presentations, expert interactions, farmer discussions, and a question-and-answer session. This farmer-centric approach is also reflected in Regen Biocorps’ earlier field programmes, where technical knowledge is combined with practical product guidance and direct interaction with poultry farmers.
Namakkal is one of India’s leading poultry and egg-production hubs, with around 1,100–1,200 poultry farms, more than 8 crore birds, and production of nearly 6 crore eggs every day; of these, approximately 75 lakhs to 1 crore eggs are exported daily, primarily to Gulf markets such as the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain, along with other international destinations. This enormous production and export base makes Namakkal a critical centre for discussions on flock health, productivity, food safety, responsible antimicrobial use, and sustainable poultry production.
Recent disruptions to Gulf exports, which affected exports of around 80 lakh eggs per day and contributed to significant financial losses for farmers, further demonstrated how closely Namakkal’s poultry economy is connected to international markets. For a poultry ecosystem of this scale, the shift toward antibiotic-conscious and preventive flock-health management is therefore not only a health consideration but also an important factor in protecting farm profitability, market access, and the long-term competitiveness of Indian poultry.
A Sector at an Important Transition
The central discussions at TCHS Edition V highlighted the growing need to balance flock health, productivity, profitability, and responsible antimicrobial use.
The transition toward reduced and responsible antibiotic use cannot depend on a single product or intervention. It requires a coordinated approach involving gut health, immunity, nutrition, disease prevention, biosecurity, environmental management, and appropriate farm practices.
Spotlight on Antibiotic-Free Poultry Production
A key technical focus of TCHS Edition V was antibiotic-free poultry production and the practical measures that can help farmers maintain flock performance while reducing dependence on routine antibiotic interventions.
The discussions highlighted the importance ofessential oils, phytogenics, symbiotics, immunity support, nutrition, and preventive flock-health strategies. The was not simply to replace antibiotics with another product, but to strengthen the overall health status of the flock so that disease pressure can be managed proactively.
For farmers, the emphasis remained on solutions that can be incorporated into practical farm programmes while maintaining bird health, performance, and economic viability.
